Im a merchant marine, out at sea for half the year. Im very chill 25 and hang, last roommate was a coast gaurd officer and I can let you talk to him if your interested to hear a second opinion. Its a 3 bed 2 bath house right outside the mayport naval base. You will have your own room and 3rd can be your office if you like. Lease is month to month. Oh yeah garage space and screen back porch.
