I am looking for someone who is first and foremost a responsible adult. Bills must be paid on time. Must be a hard worker, and not just lay on the couch all day, every day. If you have a significant other, sleepovers are fine (just keep it down) but i am not looking to pay rent so that person can live there every night. Must be easy going and drama free. Would ideally love to become great friends and have a fun time living together.
