It has open kitchen/family room, 3 bedrooms (2 of which will be yours), 2 bathrooms, dining room, sunroom, 2 car garage and fenced-in back yard. I have only lived there for 6 months, so I do not know what the gas bill will be like. That is why utilities are not included in the rent.
