I have a room for rent just south of downtown $450 a month, private parking, a yard, two bathrooms, the room can fit a king size bed laundry is in house, cable, internet, all the bells and whistles. Close to everything downtown. Close to highway. The room can be furnished or not. I'm chill and relaxed. I'm very social and work a lot so I'm not always home.
