I’m pretty quiet and rarely have friends over. Newly constructed apartment. Personal bathroom, In-unit washer and dryer, fitness centre, Valet trash, home security, pool, gym, hot tub and splash pad. Base rent is 1240, amenities are 110. Hence the 675 for rent. Love animals and do not care if you have pets. You would have to pay the extra fee charged by the apartment owners however if you choose to get one. Roommate needed ASAP.
