Unfurnished downstairs bedroom and half bath with a downstairs living area. newely painted and carpeted. we would share the open concept kitchen and full tile shower bathroom for showering only. fully fenced in backyard and front porch.I keep my home very clean and organized its fairly quiet and is not a party house.I work in the day
