We are two young professionals looking for a third roomate in York City. I am 32 years old (work in Maryland) and the other roomate is 26 years old and she works for in the city.It is 2 blocks from the baseball stadium and 2 1/2 blocks from the courthouse. It is a four bedroom but we would like the 4th room as an additional room for another TV room so we only want three people living here at any one time.
