I am a 25 year old male who goes to school full time for psychology and works downtown full time.I mainly enjoy visiting family/friends and playing video games in my free time. The rental is a single family, 2 bed, 1 bath home that comes fully furnished. Washer and dryer are included, kitchen fully stocked. If you want to bring your own bedroom furniture that's fine, I do have 2 sets in the garage though if you need. The place comes with AT&T fiber optic internet.
