Am a Tri-C/ CSU student and I have a room available 5 mins away from downtown Cleveland; walking distance to the bus stop on st Claire- superior. I work at Amazon warehouse on Babbitt Euclid. I am very clean and also quite at the same time( just tryna mind my business). The house is $475 a month for 2 rooms water bills included. So my future roommate and I will split the $475 into 2 equally ($237.5 a month per person).
