Property is very nice & safe, its right by piedmont hospital and near alot of the buckhead features... I currently live in a one bedroom but i would prefer a roommate when my lease is up in may. I believe a two bdrm (rent) would be around $840 or sumthin like that so with 2 people paying that it would only be half.. I need someone who has a reliable source of income and is tidy, & who can be responsible when having a apt.. I am a student so i prefer sum1 who is respectful of that also.
