I'm looking to share a newer home with many upgrades in a gated community with a male or female who is low profile & clean; a professional and/or graduate student/ post doc/ medical resident would be most ideal. Also, it would be nice if the person could provide proof of employment with references or offer to pay FLS and provide personal references.
