Nice place with 2 available bedrooms. I work at Skye Bar on the OSU campus. It's north of downtown on 315 by about 7-8 miles. Good location and very cheap for it's quality. I have already signed the lease, and have 8 months left. You will not need to sign anything, just deal with getting rent and other bills to me.
