I currently am looking for a roommate to agree to be on the lease with me at Standifer Place apartments. It’s a nice 2 bed 2 bathroom located on the first floor . Rent is $988 total and that includes water and trash. So basically rent is around $490 plus utilities so around $600 total. The living room is already furnished with two nice couches and my 65 inch tv.
