All utilities included with rent, off the road parking, beautiful house, porch on front and back, yard, really convenient to downtown, UTC, stores etc. very quiet neighborhood. We have a vegetable garden that we started this year. Laundry room in house. We have trees all around us. Myself and my fiancé live in the house currently with our 1.5 year old Corgi.
