I need a young adult to rent out my room in my house ASAP. My current roommate will be staying until the lease is up in May or longer. He is 23 years old- very responsible and keeps to himself. He is clean, mows the lawn, and always pays bills on time. Pretty much the perfect roommate. The house is awesome and is in a very convenient location- just 2 blocks north of sunshine and 8 houses east of national. -two car garage, -2 bed, one bath with a built in vanity -full basement with washer
