I am 50 years old and I have a 1 bed 1 bath just until September then if you still like rooming with me we can move to the 2 bedroom here. It's not the biggest apartment but it's pretty nice and I don't mind splitting the room if that makes it comfortable for you. I have a TV and a futon in the living room until j can get a better couch. I have a microwave and there is a dishwasher
