This home is within walking distance of the South Platte River Trails, and a short drive from the new Thornton Lightrail station. There is lots of hangout space in the sunroom, living room, kitchen, or backyard.I am looking for someone who doesn't smoke and is respectful about noise. I don't mind house guests as long as they are respectful too. I am a teacher and enjoy the outdoors.
