A very nice house with a wonderful landlord. Spacious and very very close to EMU. Nice kitchen. Shared bathroom. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house for good privacy. A very nice front porch (I grill a lot). I think the dimensions of the room available are in the neighborhood of 12x14, it's a very decent sized room. Driveway parking. I already have two cats who really own the place...they should start paying rent.
