Amazing apt and building. Looking for someone to take over the master suite (bathroom attached). Rent (with heated parking space included) is 530$. cheaper if you do not want that parking space. I have 2 cats - you must be able to tolerate them. They do not like other pets, and they don't bother anyone at all. very friendly. The property is well maintained. Has a great view of downtown. Very close to interstate, downtown, and suburbs.
