My townhouse is modern and nicely furnished. It is located on a small lake/pond, with a great view. The rental bedroom is also completely furnished with a cathedral ceiling and large walk-in closet. The unit has a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The upstairs bathroom situation is unique because each bedroom has its own private sink/vanity area with a private entrance into the shared bathroom. Sharing the bathroom is no problem due to each bedroom having its own sink/vanity area.
