The place I am renting has the master bedroom/bath on the ground level and 2 other bedrooms and 1 bath on the 2nd floor. You would have the entire upstairs to yourself as I was going to make the 3rd bedroom a guest room. We would be sharing the living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 car garage and both washer and dryer. As well, there is a fully fenced back yard with a concrete patio and desert landscaping. There is a community pool as well. I will be asking $400month in rent a
