My name is Evan, and I have one bedroom available for rent now, and another available the first of July. I have rented a three bedroom house in North Portland, and ideally would like to share it with someone in their thirties or late twenties. You would also be sharing the house with a 11 year old Beagle named Edie. In addition to the bedrooms there is also a large bonus room which would be perfect as a studio or office space.
