Hi! I’m a friendly private female. However I am very friendly. I do have 2 cats and they don’t go outside. The apartment can be divided where you shut the door between the bedrooms and main area of the house. I’m a clean person and don’t party or smoke. Smoking will have to be done outside if you smoke. I’m not into parties. My home is my sanctuary. The rent includes. Great location.
