I am looking for a roommate to join me in my 2b/2ba house on the river and across from the library. It's an easy walk or bike anywhere in durango. The room is big with lots of storage space and you have your own bath with a walk in shower. Working professional please with regular office hours will be the best fit. Must have full time employment or be a working student. Available April 1st. 1 year lease. No smoking.
