About this household

I am looking for someone to take over my lease. You would have a room with a private bathroom. You would need to bring your own stuff for your bedroom but the rest of the house is furnished. 2 female students that go to Abilene Christian university live here currently. No pets are allowed. Utilities are split between 3 people evenly. Electricity, water and gas will vary in costs depending on usage. No pets are allowed.
