Looking for resident to TAKE OVER my lease at THE GROVE by Abilene Christian University. Leases are from July to July and all leasing/payment will be directly handled by the apartment, not me. I have the room closest to the pool and the place is fully furnished! It's really a great living environment for both students and non students.
