Will be looking to rent put my extra bed room july 1st. Possibly a few weeks sooner. Will know here shortly. Private room. Shared bathroom. Half bath downstairs. Queen bed in thenroom. Townhouse located near The Block. 1 cat and 1 dog in the house. No other animals. I also go away a few times a year and would like whoever rents the room to be open to pet sitting whenever I go away. $ will be taken off your rent for this. Very clean! No messy people ??
