I’m day shift military. I am pretty quiet. If I’m not watching tv before bed I’m usually at a friends house. I keep up cleanliness and will move furniture around to make the living room more of a common area if need be. The townhouse we could be sharing is, of course, 2 bed. 1.5 bath. I will do a deep clean before anyone moves in. It has a 4 car driveway , I have 2 cars but still has plenty of room. I’ll pay utilities, just looking for someone to pay half of the rent.
