Split the utility bills. It's a nice sized two bedroom apartment. It's close to Griffith Park and you can walk or ride a bicycle there. I work 9-5 Monday thru Friday. The apartment is cool and I'm easy going. You might be able to keep a pet - I'll need to ask the landlord.
