About this household
Everything included in rent EXCEPT electric. You’d pay half the electric. Apartment is walking distance from SHSU and you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. There is a bed already in the bedroom but if you don’t want it I’ll sell it! We have onsite washers and driers and the apartment complex is very quiet. No pets sadly due to the apartment rules.
