Looking for someone to take over my lease at Villas on Sycamore. Close to campus, almost all utilities included except electricity in bill. Electricity bill is split between you and three other roommates. Fully furnished place, free WiFi, gym and pool, and a gated community. I am willing to offer a deal to cover the difference in rent.
