I am looking for a roommate to live in my dream apartment with. Ive fully furnished the place except for the bed and bath I am renting out. My apt is 1225 sq ft. it has energy efficient washer and dryer in unit. We also have a dishwasher! I ball parked on the utilities but I have never paid over 25 dollars. Great views of downtown! and you are literally right next to everything! It takes me 5 mins to get to downtown and 5 mins to get to greenville! But enough about this apt let
