Very large shared living areas. The house is completely furnished except for the room available and anything else you may want to add. The patio is fenced in. There is storage in the basement but the washer in dryer are on the main floor is a seperate room. Utilities are not included but they are water, electric, gas, wireless internet, cable and phone. My roommate are both very friendly and laid back. We are creative and like to laugh a lot.
