About this household
3 bed//1 bath single story home in west toledo(Lewis and Bennett) (Washington local schools) my 2 daughters are moving into. They are both graduating in June from High School. We are currently renovating the kitchen and bathroom. it’s a nice house with new carpet, a clothes washer and dryer, and furnished with exception to the room you may be interested in. Both my girls are non smokers, don’t party, and both have jobs. Rent is $300 plus 1/3 utilities, cleaning supplies, food, and chores
