My brother and I purchased a condo right off I-35 and Lamar. Nice, safe, quiet, and quick access to downtown KC. Looking to rent out the two basement rooms. $450 for the large one and $350 for the smaller one. Both have a walk in closet. We will have cable and high speed internet, but not sure cost. Probably around $30 per month per person. Females are welcome, and if the first person is female, she has the option to only allow another female renter.
