I am looking for someone to sublet a room in Fredericksburg, VA! My roommate and her family own the home: “You’d just have to furnish your own room, rest of the house is finished. $650 a month for rent plus an extra about $80 a month for utilities (varies). House is a single family home located in a nice family neighborhood down by the Kenmore dog parks. Let me know if you’re interested!” My roommate has a bunny and is highly allergic to cats.
