I just purchased a townhouse two miles north of downtown Fredericksburg. I am looking to have just one tenant who can occupy the lower level (above ground) bedroom with access to fenced yard, or two of the smaller upper level bedrooms (one could be an office). Would have private bath. Share kitchen, living spaces, laundry and deck/yard. It is four minutes from Leeland VRE with easy access to Quantico or points north for commuting. I work remotely 4 days a week for a law firm in Alexandria
