I am completing the final semester of my studies at CSU. I am pet-friendly, smoker friendly, LGBTQ+ ally, and all around pretty easy going. I work at a restaurant in addition to school. I am fairly tidy and would expect my roommate to be the same. Females only. Rental is the upper level of a duplex located 5 minutes walking distance from CSU campus. Amenities include fenced in backyard, driveway, storage shed, washer/ dryer ,and dishwasher. Utilities not included included in rent price.
