Hi, My house is a 3 bedroom, two bath ranch in a cozy neighborhood right off of I-85 in Buford. I would be the only other person living in the house. The spare room is furnished, but we could make other arrangements if you have your own furniture. I get up before 6am and go to bed 10pm - 12am on weekdays. I work 7:30-4 M-F and attend class 2 nights/wk. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.
