About this household

Hello, i have a room available at my current apartment. It is a split house. 2nd floor is occupied by tenants, while the first floor is occupied by landlord. Second floor has two levels. First level has a kitchen, living room, dining area, and two bedrooms. The second level has the last remaining room, which is the room that is up for rent. Dishwasher, stove, fridge, and laundry all included, and all on site. There are currently two tenants, including my myself. One woman, and one man, myself.
