My friend and I are looking for a third person to join us in a nice condo unit in Ashland, MA. The owner is a good family friend. First month, last month, and security due at signing which is January 1st. Must be willing to sign to a year lease. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, downstairs one bedroom with a single bathroom. We are looking to rent downstairs. Unit recently renovated with a fully furnished basement. Also a garage fitting one car.
