Looking for female tenant. Rent includes most utilities and wifi. We will split the electric bill. I have a dog but no other pets are allowed. This is also not a kid friendly environment. I'm looking for someone who is easy going and respectful. The house is furnished but the room is not. There is a patio upstairs and small backyard. We will share the main bathroom upstairs but there is a half bathroom available downstairs. Parking is available.
