Room rent $640 per month, electricity and internet bills are separately as half payments. One bedroom with shared bathroom, laundry, kitchen and dinning room. It is an apartment complex. Must be clean, responsible, and employed No smoking inside, no pets due of my allergies. Will be available 06/30, but for sure July 1st! I live in a 2 floor apartment, I am clean, and friendly. I am honest straight forward. My place is fully furnished.
