2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. I own the townhouse but stay primarily in West Palm Beach. Move in your furniture - mine is only in the smaller 2nd bedroom. There is a kitchen table, couch, bedroom furniture which you can use or I can move it out. Location is great; museum, Starbucks, Panera Bread, walking distance to Mullins park, downtown restaurants and stores all close by. Mullins park has a pool, basketball court, running paths, etc. entire unit can be rented - different agreement, amount.
