HI my friend and I are looking for a third roommate to stay in our one bedroom apt. It is right off the pier by one block, and very nice view. It has a large closet about 3x a reg. size one. The bedroom is roomy, and the living room very roomy. Very nice place! We need someone asap! Rent will be 550 each month plus 1/3 electric. No smoking, drugs, alcohol or sleepovers.
