The condo is absolutely stunning with exposed brick walls, granite and stainless steel appliances and separate bedroom suites. You'd have your own bedroom and bathroom that is essentially on the opposite end of the condo from my suite. There is ample closet space and a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a small outdoor porch with access to a fenced side yard. I'm told everyone in the building is super friendly and has regular cookouts.
