Hi! My roommate recently moved out so I am looking for another one for my apartment. I’m very easy going and chill, but I also like to go out and hangout with friends. I’d love to get to know my roommate and become friends :) 2 bed 1 bath in the District. The room is on the third floor and has a balcony. No washer and dryer but there is an amenity center with laundry, as well as a gym and other things. I have a couch but it’s mostly unfurnished.
