About this household

I have a spare room available in my spacious townhome. There’s one other woman and I (19&22) currently living here and there’s plenty of extra space for another person. We are friendly and like to keep things clean. I have 1 dog and cats roam freely although aren’t seen often. I’m asking $500 on rent and possibly helping out with utilities. This place also has a pretty good view, lmk if interested and we can meet for coffee!
