Get your own two private bedrooms, adjoining private bath, plus 1/2 house. Stable, working, undramatic single mom and youth seek other professional, or a couple, or another single parent of older kid. This is a very nice new house we're all renting, and the owner says no dogs/cats. We've had great luck with housemates and hoping that will continue! Would like to think we're pretty easy-going.
