Works great for college students. Right across the street from the UofA, so you won't have to dish out the big dough for on-campus parking. It's a triplex, and so far, our neighbors have all been college-age. It's a 2 bedroom, but we've never had problems fitting 3 people in here. I'm on futon inthe living room. There's also a couch. My dresser's btwn them,(in the corner), the rest of my stuff is in other roommate's room. U'll have a room to urself. This arrangement is negotiable if u want
